You can purchase an artist’s every available membership (GLOBAL/JAPAN/US) using a single account.
You can get a refund within seven days from the date you purchased the membership. However, you cannot get a refund if you have already used the membership-only benefits.
If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after the renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will not be recovered.
The online membership card image is renewed for new membership holders and renewed membership holders. If your current membership is still valid, the online membership card image will remain unchanged.
If you have more than one membership (GLOBAL/JAPAN/US) for an artist, their renewal periods vary depending on the respective purchase dates of each membership.
ARMY MEMBERSHIP GIFT (or “membership gift”) can be separately purchased on ‘ARMY MEMBERSHIP GIFT’ product page on Weverse Shop.
The renewal special gift(s) will be provided after the customer’s membership purchase has been confirmed and completed. You can check the renewal special gift(s) you received on the Weverse app → “More” menu → My Collection → respective community.
The renewal special gift(s) will be provided 30 days after the date of your purchase. This schedule is subject to change.
